The Habit Huddle launched in January. I know how busy we all are, and I wanted to share something with you that would be easy to learn from. That’s why each video is only about 5-10 minutes long.
It’s taken about 5 months, but now the episodes make up a mini habit curriculum.
This video shares with you which videos to watch in what order, so you can take charge of your habits. Because when you master your habits, you master your life.
Links to all the episodes are listed below the video. Hope you enjoy them!
Setting the Stage
These videos provide the background on why knowledge, willpower, and motivation aren’t enough to get people to change. They cover what habits look like in the brain and how to intentionally make habits.

Step 1: Know Your Why
Start here, because people like to think that they are logical creatures. They like to think that what they do, say, think, and believe is because it makes sense and the facts warrant it. But studies of human behavior show the opposite. Humans are emotional creatures first. We have a feeling, and then almost instantly we create the “logic” to justify that feeling. Getting your employees in touch with their roles and values first gives them an opportunity to develop strong emotions about the new habit which then drives the “logic” to stick to this new behavior.

Step 2: Choose Your Action Step
Once you know why you want to create a new habit, you want to intentionally craft an action step that will set you up for success. These 2 videos will help you do that.

Step 3: Choose Your Anchor Habit
If a habit is something that occurs unconsciously, then how do you know it’s time to do it? You’ve been triggered. Something has told you it’s time to act in a certain way. These videos will help you intentionally choose a trigger that works for you.
